Letter Hunt

We set out on an adventure with the iPads this afternoon. The children were tasked with finding letters that are "hidden."  We were not looking for letters in a sign. Our focus was on how you may see an H in the swirl of color in a carpet, a D in the lid of a garbage, a T in the layer of bricks, ... basically seeing how letters can be anywhere we are if we only LOOK for them.

We would stop people in the hallway and ask them to ask if they could find hidden letters for us to take pictures with.  After returning to the classroom, the students looked at their photos and deleted anything that was unclear.  We will be adding these photos to the letter wall in the hallway near the project room soon.
